The Young Artists Workspace (YAWS) is a highly accessible community art center  dedicated to providing Berkeleyʼs children, ages two to sixteen, with low cost fine art classes designed to expand their knowledge of various visual art techniques, help them develop an appreciation of art from many cultures, and enable them to share their artwork by participating in public exhibitions.
